This notice explains how Nivaria Tenerife ("Nivaria", "we") handles the personal data you share with us through this website, including the Nivaria Experiences and Nivaria Residences enquiry forms and our WhatsApp contact.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is [legal name of the business or self-employed founder, NIF/CIF], [registered address, Tenerife, Spain]. For any privacy question, write to hello.nivaria@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide: name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number and preferred language.
  • Details about your enquiry: for Experiences, your travel dates, group size, interests and budget; for Residences, your property's location, type and approximate size, how often you visit, the services you're interested in and your requirements.
  • Anything else you choose to tell us in messages or conversations.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation (taking steps at your request before a possible contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b), and your consent, art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To prepare a personalised proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed services (performance of a contract, art. 6(1)(b)).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted providers to run this website and our client records, under data-processing terms: our website host and form service (Netlify), our email provider Google (Gmail) and our client records system (Google Workspace / Google Sheets). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. When you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply.

With your agreement, we may share the details needed to fulfil a request (for example, access arrangements for an arrival preparation) with the professionals we coordinate on your behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a service are kept for [e.g. 24 months] and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello.nivaria@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
